Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce

Makes 4 cups of sweet, tangy goodness. You can keep it in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. I use a mason jar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound fresh, washed cranberries
  • 3/4 C. orange juice
  • 1 TB. orange zest (grated peel)
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine everything in a 3 quart microwaveable dish.
  • Cover and nuke on High for 8 minutes, stopping to stir twice, until it boils and the berries pop a little.
