I just noticed that Macromedia's Dreamweaver 8 will be out shortly. You can get a run down of some of its new features here.

One thing I'm looking forward to is the new CSS layout visualization as it will allow you to quickly check your padding, margin, and nesting schemes by assigning each a different color and look. Nice.
